Payment
A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is requested when we receive your photograph(s) and before we begin design.
The balance (including shipping, where applicable) is payable when we know you're happy, and have given your final approval after you've seen sample versions of the work and before we proceed with the actual printing, production or web site publication.
Payment can be made via personal check, cashiers check, money order or PayPal, and we'll start work on your greeting as soon as your deposit has been received and/or cleared.
Shipping
Your choice of Standard or Priority Mail shipping is available to all points around the nation and the globe, with the cost depending on the weight of your package, the shipping method you prefer, and your location.
A $2.00 handling fee is added to cover packaging and shipping expenses. Quotes for all options gladly available upon request.
